I did not post the blog yesterday so the progress is going very well on the master cleanse on day 4! In total I have lost 7.5 lbs and doing well! The only thing that I am noticing that when I am doing the saline cleanse that my bowels are coming out green. Also I am a little more tired. I could not work out long as I usually would and they say the 4th day you will feel when the toxins are swirling around! I see a white substance on the tongue that is really gross and the sewer taste in my mouth!! Well that is the update on the cleanse! I will keep you updated.
